BY USING THIS SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THIS SITE. You also understand and agree that the Site may include advertisements. You also understand and agree that the Site may include certain communications from Miller and Tong, LLP, such as service announcements, administrative messages, newsletters and other email. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current Site or services provided by the Site, shall be subject to these Terms of Use.

You and Miller and Tong, LLP agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of San Francisco, California. If the bar rules in your jurisdiction require us to identify an attorney and office responsible for this Web site, Miller and Tong designates Daron D. Tong at our San Francisco office in California, as the responsible attorney and office.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

GENERAL

The Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Miller and Tong, LLP and govern your use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements between you and Miller and Tong, LLP. The failure of Miller and Tong, LLP to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Terms of Use is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms of Use remain in full force and effect.
