Daron D. Tong Daron is a graduate of Stanford University (A.B. in Economics) and Georgetown University Law Center (J.D.). He then moved to San Francisco where he has practiced law for the past 25 years. His practice has emphasized the field of construction and real estate litigation for the past 15 years and he occasionally serves as an adjunct professor at Golden Gate University Law School in San Francisco. His practice includes representation of various homeowners and entities in the construction and design fields (including contractors, engineers, architects and designers) such as Trane Heating & Air Conditioning, The Herrick Corporation, and BCCI Construction Company, one of the Bay Area’s premiere tenant improvement contractors (Embarcadero Center, Fairmont Hotels, numerous office buildings in the S. F. Bay Area). Top Michele P. Miller Michele graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2000 where she was Notes Editor for the Hastings Women’s Law Journal. Prior to attending Hastings, Michele completed her undergraduate education at University of California, San Diego and obtained a Masters degree in Social Work from New York University. Michele is admitted to practice law in California and primarily works on construction and real estate litigation matters. Since joining McKague & Tong, LLP in January of 2001, she has taken and defended numerous depositions and has represented clients in arbitrations, mediations and jury trials. Top |
